Howard's Erik Jenks is just one of a handful of boys who have clocked sub-2:00 800s in the past. This field also includes defending 3A outdoor state champion Gary Ross, as well as Tyler Dash and Nick Boogades. The real question will be if anyone can crack the two-minute mark on Saturday after both Dalton Hengst and Nikolas Thomas did so last year.
