Boys 100 - There are 50 athletes seeded under 11 seconds. You won't find many non-national meets that have this much sprint talent. Damor Miller (Excelsior) has the top seed time of 10.31. But with only fractions of a second separating him from 49 other runners, making the finals will be a tough feet.

Girls 100 - Just like the boys, the girls 100m is absolutely loaded. There are 33 girls seeded under 12 seconds. Sabrina Dockery owns the top seed at 11.26 seconds. The top American entered is Elise Cooper (McDonogh), who is entered at 11.40 and will try to upset the top Jamaican athletes.

Boys 400 - Quincy Wilson is competing. If he was running by himself it would enough to show and watch but he will have a strong supporting case around him. Jayden Horton-Mims (Imhotep) has run 45.65 and should be with Wilson step by step. Ade Lloyd is entered at 46.90 and the other 6 runners in the fast heat have all run 48.01 or faster. Everyone will be on their feet for this race.

Girls 400 - In order to make the fast year you needed to be seeded under 55 seconds. Skyler Franklin (Celerity Athletics) owns the top seed time at 51.66. The top American will be Tyler Lowe (IMG) seeded at 53.39.

Boys 800 - Bullis' Colin Abrams has the top seed at 1:49.71, but 2 Jamaican College athletes are right behind him. Kemarrio Bygrave and Samuel Creary are seeded at 1:50 and 1:51. There are 14 athletes seeded at 1:56 or faster.

Girls Long Jump - 8 girls are seeded over 19 feet. Shania Staats (Oakland Mills), Brooklyn Lyttle (Elizabeth Seton) and Athena Stith (Archbishop Spalding) are seeded 1-234 all over 20 feet.
