Girls 300: Davis Breaks Meet Record, Goes Sub 40 On Flat Track
Thursday's Ed Bowie Classic attracted some of the top sprinters from around the DC area, among them Riverdale Baptist senior Stephanie Davis. Only one girl had ever gone sub-40 in the 300 in the history of the Ed Bowie Classic, but Davis made sure the meet record fell this year, clocking a quick 39.89 for the win. She is now sixth on the Maryland leaderboard, and every girl ahead of her ran on the banked track at the Bishop Loughlin Games.
