Coming off a great cross country season in which she won her first Howard County title, Tiamfook will be one of many girls looking to take down Howard's Courtney Mann in the 1600 and the 800. She is currently ranked fourth in the county in both events, making her the only person besides Mann to be ranked in the top four in both events.
