Scott is one of the five 3A girls to have cleared 5'2 in the high jump this season, and one of three freshmen along with Oakdale's Lauren Leatherman and Paint Branch's Kaya Rae Dunbar. With two freshmen among the top contenders, the 3A girls high jump may be the event to watch when it comes to freshmen this upcoming week.
