Week #1: June 11-17
Just finished the school year at Gilman. MIAA championships are earlier than the other Maryland conferences, so I took a few days off, then alternated some tempo workouts with easy long runs over the past few weeks.
Jun 11-17
Completed a hill workout with 7 intervals on a 6% grade, 2 tempo runs and a 50 min easy long run on the Baltimore-Annapolis Bike trail in Severna Park. I also worked on a lot of core and did some swim workouts in my neighborhood with friends.

Heading off to Cross Country Camp in Colorado - hoping to reap the benefit of the thin air.
