1A State Meet Record: 44.07 (Sarah Hensley, Boonsboro, 2005)
After entering the season with a personal best of 52.14 in the event, Sparrows Point's Mya King has added the 300 meter hurdles to her exceptional arsenal; her new personal best effort of 44.52 also marked the only time this season she didn't win the event. Both Lackey's Destiny Thompson and Friendly's Antoinette Bradley have run under 46 seconds so far this year, as well.
