Virtual meet preview for the Maryland 4A Girls State Championships. Certainly some athletes below more than any other classification's state meet competition will be missing in key events at the state meet including Clarksburg's Alexus Pyles in the hurdles and high jump, CH Flowers' Collese Daley in the 300, and North Point's Valencia McDowell in the 500 to affect the project team scoring greatly.
Still should expect to see Pyles and her Clarksburg girls as well as Daley and her CH Flowers girls among top contenders for the team title with their depth and versatility of scorers. The Northwest girls also could really seize the opportunity with key point scorers in important events missing for Clarksburg and CH Flowers to take the team title as well. All teams are deep though and projected to score over 50 points potentially. Every point will county.
