O'Neal was unstoppable this season in the shortest race in the sport; she lost just one 55 meter dash over the course of the winter, and that was the semi-final at the Southern Maryland Track Classic. She dropped a MD #1 7.08 at the Ed Bowie Classic and then did it again to win the 4A state title, just one of the four she grabbed at this year's state meet.
