Week Five: July 10 - 16

Monday, July 10: Seven easy miles with my teammate Erick Sanchez.

Tuesday, July 11: Easy four miles.

Wednesday, July 12: Easy three miles.

Thursday, July 13: Hard leg workout at the gym and five mile tempo.

Friday, July 14: Four miles.

Saturday, July 15: First day at the beach so I didn't work out.

Sunday, July 16: Ran an easy three miles down the beach.

Total mileage: 26 miles
