Catoctin's Julien Webster had been placing well in many of her invitational races so far this season, but really never laid down that fast time until Saturday at the Frank Keyser Invite when she finished only 6 seconds off Boonsboro's Haley Wright with an outstanding runner-up 18:09 effort in the small schools race.
