The Towson girls are coming off a win at the 3A North Regional and have 6 girls who have ran consistently in the 20 minute or faster range this season led by sub 19 minute 5K runner Johanna Admiraal.
Anyone can run on one fast course and their ranking rocket up compared to their competition that hasn't run on as fast of a course yet, but when you average out a season of races on different courses, you start to get a clearer picture of who are consistently the top performing runners and teams.
