At least Urbana's Hannah Walasik was able to find humor in her failed pole vault attempt! She's actually a pretty good vaulter as she was the 3A state runner-up indoors in the event.
And an impressive state leading clearance of 6'7" by South Carroll's Silas Kelly in the high jump. It was a 3 inch improvement from his previous personal best of 6'3!
