Check out the top 500 indoor returnees in the state of Maryland for the boys 55 meter hurdles. Digital Harbor's Stephon Torrence was one of the top hurdlers in Maryland last year, but had the misfortune of running against one of Maryland's all-time greatest hurdlers in Shyheim Wright.
