WATCH PG COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS LIVE ON MILESPLIT!
A total of 3 live events will be streamed on MileSplit.com this week from the Prince George's County Sportsplex in Landover, Maryland. On Thursday, the best from the county which the facility resides in with the PG County Championships kicks off the week. Gary Ross and the Oxon Hill boys look to tally up plenty of points over the meet with their national powerhouse program.
WATCH SMAC LEAGUE MEET #3 LIVE ON MILESPLIT!
On Friday, the final league meet of the season for the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference Meet will be LIVE on MileSplit.com. With the Montgomery Invitational on Saturday and Southern Maryland Classic on the following Monday, the meet might serve as a meet for developmental athletes not racing in those top invitational events.
WATCH MONTGOMERY INVITATIONAL LIVE ON MILESPLIT!
On Saturday, one of the premier events annually at the PG County Sportsplex will start off at 9 AM with the Montgomery Invitational. One of the meet's top stars will be Baltimore Poly's William Henderson, who is the national leader in the 55 meter dash (6.31) and long jump (24'6"), while ranked US #2 in the 55 meter hurdles. In the girls mile, 3 Foot Locker finalists will be racing between Hayley Jackson, Maria Coffin, and Abbey Green. A total of 96 schools and over 1,600 athletes are entered in the meet.
Also keep in mind that the Southern Maryland Classic has been rescheduled to next Monday on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (1/16) with a 9 AM start. The meet will be the 4th meet in 5 days streamed LIVE on MileSplit.com. Coaches can register their teams for the new meet date HERE.
