The most dominant half-miler in the state of the past calendar year, McNeil has run just one 800 this season (a dramatic runner-up effort at the Howard County Winterfest). She will have her sights set on the top spot in the state this weekend and will get a chance to take down Hayley Jackson's current #1 time of 2:15.97 on the banked track at Liberty.
