WATCH Harrison pick up the win in the 55 hurdles at the Prince George's County Championships!
Harrison clocked a personal best of 8.40 in the 55 meter hurdles in December, but her January performances took her to a new level. She finished second at the Ocean Breeze Freedom Games with a PR of 8.13, which stood as a MD #1 mark until fellow 2A competitor Sydney Williams dropped an 8.12 at the SMAC Championships. She backed up her performance with a win at the PG County Championships in 8.24, and will look to knock off Williams - the defending 2A state title holder - at the state championships in February.
