Awards/Accomplishments: Two-time 1A state champion; three-time regional champion; five-time Washington County champion; four-time 1A state and regional runner-up; three-time Washington County runner-up; member of five state championship relay teams; member of two straight XC state championship teams
Harper was one of the top runners in western Maryland last season, finishing in the top five at five different invitationals (including a win at the Westminster Invitational). After handily winning the Washington County and 1A regional races she led Boonsboro to its second straight state title with a runner-up performance of her own. Harper will look to keep that streak alive - and possibly add a third individual state title to her resume.
