South River sophomore Sam Keeny has the fastest time in the 3200 among all 4A East Region runners with his 9:36 runner-up finish at the Howard County Winter Festival.

The top 24 ranked individuals and relays in each region (among the max 3 entrants/school) entering championship season will be accepted into their respective regional championship meets. Let's take a look at the current top 24 ranked in each of the 3 indoor regionals for the 4A classification.
