Check out the top 500 outdoor returnees in the state of Maryland for the boys 200 meter dash. Bullis School sophomore Ashton Allen rolled last summer to a 21.23 victory at the AAU National Club Championships to give him the fastest returning time among all sprinters in Maryland.
