Bullis School sophomore Leah Phillips might be the second fastest on her team currently in both the 100 and 300 meter hurdles behind the likes of state leader Cierra Pyles (14.13 100H) and national leader Masai Russell (40.70 300H), but when you combine both of Phillips' season best times of 14.21 (100H) and 42.78 (300H), she is the state's best hurdler overall.
