Northwest senior Clarence Foote-Talley broke the Maryland state meet and overall record this weekend in the triple jump with his national leading and wind legal leap of 51'10.50". To add his his incredible state meet, Foote-Talley also won the 4A boys long jump with a personal best leap of 23'2" and finished runner-up in the high jump at a clearance of 6'6".
