Top Returners From 2018 Meet
The Hereford boys had a strong showing at last year's county championship where they finished second, behind Dulaney. The Bulls return their entire top five from that race, and are the only school with four of the top ten returning runners from the county meet last fall. (Photo by John Roemer)

A Dulaney High School runner has won five of the last six individual Baltimore County Titles (Towson's Jonathan Ellis won in 2016). Can Zak Audia - the top returner from last year's meet - keep the streak alive? Or perhaps his teammate, Cooper Giesler, who reached another level this past spring when he clocked a 9:40 3200.

Catonsville's Elliott Wack is the only top ten returner from last year's meet not from one of the "Big Three" schools (Dulaney, Towson or Hereford). He returned to the same course just a week and a half later to clock a personal best of 16:42.60 at the 4A North Regional championship.

Pikesville's Kaleb Berhanu clocked some of the fastest freshman times on the track this past spring. His 4:39 1600 and 10:12 3200 were both top-five marks among freshmen in Maryland. Berhanu could certainly crack the top ten at this year's county championships coming off of an impressive freshman campaign.
