The 3A classification will look different this season as many teams move up from 2A and down from 4A. In fact, ten of the top 18 runners on this list competed in either the 2A or 4A races last year, including River Hill's Anish Nanjappa and North Point's Joshua Doughty. With four of the top 13 returners on this list, River Hill looks like they may be the team to beat now that they are back in 3A.
