The Towson girls are led by senior Madeline Till, but it's the emergence of two of the county's top freshmen last year that make them a true threat to Dulaney's chances of repeating as county champions in 2020. Isabel Aldana owns the seventh-fastest returning 5K time (20:02) in Baltimore County, and she got better as the fall went on; her 20:03 time at the 3A state meet earned her 12th place and was the fifth-fastest by any Baltimore County runner across all classifications. Meanwhile, it's another freshman with a familiar last name in Norah Sorensen who owns the tenth-fastest returning time in the county from last year's state meet and 14th-fastest 5K season best overall.
