11 girls bring back sub-41 season bests in the 300 from last season, and Atholton's Morgan Nasir rounds out the group with her victorious 40.99 performance from last year's Howard County Championships. It gave her the third individual Howard County title of her career (the first two each coming in the long jump) and her eventual fifth-place finish in the event at the 3A state championships was the highest state meet finish in any individual event of her career.
