Boonsboro sophomore Caroline Matthews tops the list of 1A girls in Maryland after finishing second at the Rebel Invitational. Matthews has some impressive feats under her belt, including a first-place finish at the Interstate Classic (3 Mile: 19:14.50), the Frank Keyser Invitational (3 Mile: 18:32.60) and the CMC Conference Championships (3 Mile: 18:38.90)
