Dear Coach:
As get your 2004 Cross Country season off and running, we sincerely hope you will have the opportunity to join us on Friday, September 10th, for the 19th Annual Howard County Striders Invitational. The meet has become very popular which has led to rather large fields of 1A, 2A and 3A public school teams.
We will run two varsity races, one girl and one boy. Place your top 7 runners in these races. All other runners can participate in either the B or C races. We will score the top 7 runners in the B races for team score. All runners will get times. There will be both team and individual awards.
The meet will be held at the Centennial High School course and the race schedule will follows:

2:30 Course Walk and Coaches meeting
3:30 PM: Girls A
4:00 PM: Boys A
4:25 PM: Girls B
5:00 PM: Boys B
5:30 PM: Girls C
6:15 PM: Boys C
6:45 PM: Awards
In lieu of a roster form you need to register your team electronically on a website led by the Howard County Striders (www.RaceTrakOnline.com.) This will require a password so it is imperative that you email both Jim Disciullo (disciulloj@comcast.net) and me Norman Belden (coachbelden@comcast.net) to gain access to the website and receive a password.
Complete your roster form online no later than Friday, September 3, 2004
You do not need to declare your varsity athletes as long as they are registered online before the deadline.
No late entries will be scored.
