We created a poll based on some of the top performances from the 2021 Maryland State Championships. Our first spot went to Centennial's Antonio Camacho-Bucks after winning the 3A race and having the fastest time of the day. Our second spot went to James M. Bennett's Timothy Synowiec. Synowiec secured second place in the 3A race and had the second-fastest time for the entire meet. To add, this is his first-ever cross-country season, which makes his performance even more impressive. Manchester Valley's Aiden Neal filled in our third spot after finishing third in the 3A race and dropping 35 seconds off of his previous time at Hereford. He finished ninth overall at the 2021 Bull Run Invitational but ended the season with a third-place finish overall at states. Our fourth spot went to Howard's Joseph Raudabaugh. Raudabaugh finished fourth in his race and in the meet. He even dropped 22 seconds from his last performance at the Hereford course. Our last spot went to Annapolis' Luke Coffin after he won the 4A race and had a top 5 performance.
