Oakland Mills' Judson Lincoln IV is pictured during the 400m dash at the 2022 Kevin Dare High School Invitational. Lincoln IV won the event in a blistering 47.90, which is an MD #1 and US #2. Within the U.S., he is one of two athletes to have run sub-48 this season. This wasn't Lincoln IV's only win at the meet; he also won the 200m event with a time of 21.63, which is another MD #1 and US #2 for him.
