Severna Park moving down for all 3 sports will be a common theme in each of these write-ups. The Falcons are known for their distance runners, but over the past few years have found a few sprints and jumpers that have made them one of the best all-around track teams in the state.
Oakland Mills moves up to 3A after winning the 2A Outdoor State Championship for both the boys and girls last year. They have one of the best sprint teams in the state and will be an immediate contender.
Centennial and Huntingtown will be in the mix for team championships as they drop down to 2A. Huntingtown boys won the 3A State Indoor Championship in the 21-22 season.
Dulaney always has strong track teams and will make the 3A Classification very competitive.
Liberty drops to 1A and will be in the mix for a regional and state championship right away.
