The Falcons remain the deepest team in the state this year. They easily won the Seahawk Invitational and also won the PTXC Invite up in PA.

Hereford looked strong in their first meet as a full team, winning the Barnhart Invite by 48 points over some strong competition. Sylvia Snider and Rebekka Hillier are a very strong 1-2 punch.

Frederick has looked strong in their first two meets winning the Brunswick Invitational and the Rebel Invitational. They won the Rebel invite without their top runner, Caroline Gregory. They look to be one of the favorites for 4A.

The Eagles won their home invitational and have a solid core of girls who will look to run as a strong pack throughout the year. They should challenge Hereford for the 2A State Meet.
