Tsedeke Jakovics - The Old Mill senior put on a show at the Anne Arundel County Championships as he won the 1600, 3200, and 800m events, scoring 30 points and helping Old Mill to a team title! He ran for 4:25 for 1600m, 9:41 for 3200m, and for 1:55 800m.

Manchester Valley - The Mustangs won the Carroll County Championships by a mere 0.33 points over Winter Mill. The score was 112.33 to 112. It doesn't get much closer than that. Christian Childs led the Mustangs with two individual wins in the 800 running 2:02 and in the 1600 running 4:28.

Kian Williams (Severna Park) - In a very competitive Triple Jump at the Anne Arundel Championships, Kian Williams jumped 46-07 to take home the title and scored a new MD#1 mark in the process. He also owns the top high jump in the state at 6-08 from earlier in the season.

Calvert Hall - Last year the Cardinals walked away from the MIAA Championships disappointed, losing to Mt. St. Joe by two points. This year they got a little revenge as they easily won the meet by 64 points over second-place Gilman. Cam Davis made his season debut and looked strong winning both the 1600 (4:27) and 3200 (9:39).

Vance Bonior (Walter Johnson) - It's not every day you see an athlete win both the Shot-Put and the Triple Jump, but that is what Bonior did at the Montgomery County Championships. He jumped 41-11 and threw 45-05 to win both events.
