Boys: Defending state champions Liberty should take this one, with their county rivals FSK taking 2nd. Hemu Armugman of North Hagerstown should take the individual title.
Girls: This one will be close. It could be Century, Winters Mill, Liberty, or even Middletown. Individually it could go to anyone.
2A North:
Boys and Girls: Both races should be between Hereford and Pikesville. I lean towards the Pikesville boys and Hereford girls. Look for Justin Thaler and Zach Friedman of Pikesville in the boys race and Sarah Randall of Hereford in the girls race.
2A South:
Boys and Girls: Once again a battle of inter county teams. Look for Atholton and Glenelg to battle in both races. Andrew Revelle and Allison Smith of Atholton should take the individual titles.
2A East:
Boys: This is a tough one because I don't know alot about the Eastern Shore. Kent Island, Stephen Decatur, and North Harford are the class of the field. Individually Mike Evans of Stephen Decatur and Cory Pfarr of North Harford should battle for it.
Girls: Same as boys Kent Island, Stephen Decatur, and North Harford. Individually Joya Canfield of Stephen Decatur should win.
1A West:
Boys: This maybe the toughest region in all of the classes. No mattter what Beall boys should win. Dan Dewitt of Beall should also win.
Girls: Williamsport hoping to have a healthier team should prevail easily. The individual race should come down to Ashley Lockard of Clear Spring, Jenn Patton of Westmar, and Lauryn McFawn of Alleghany.
1A Central: This maybe the weakest region in all of the classes. Their could be only 2 to 4 teams at this meet. The Oakland Mills boys should win and the Loch Raven Girls should take it. Look for surprises from Digital Harbour.
1A East: If 1A Central isn't the weakest than this one is. I will be honest I don't really know anything about these teams. Snow Hill is a new school recently opened that may do something. If not them look for Kent County or Cambridge to win both.
