Some thoughts, 3A powers CMW and Northwest (9 state titles in last 6 years) move to 4A. Westminster moves to 3A. The 3A east region is now the hardest in the state. Oakland Mills moves to 2A. Patuxent dropped from 4A to 2A. 1A West is still the main region in its class. Also remember that the state xc commitee can move teams and regions if they choose. They may do something with some of the regions to balance out the power. Some other teams moved as well. More later
