Alex Simmons (Walkersville, 2027):
Simmons contested three events last weekend, running a 10.91 in the 100m and 21.90 in the 200m while also jumping 22-7.25 in the long jump to lead all boys in that event.
Destiny Coleman (Woodlawn, 2026):
The senior's 13.25 in the 100m hurdles leads all girls last week, a mark she posted at the Texas Relays against national-level competition.
Anthony Mason (Crofton, 2027):
Mason led all boys in both throws last week, posting a 53-0.5 in the shot put and 161-5 in the discus. Both marks came at the same meet, and both led the state.
Destiny Fruge (Bullis, 2027):
Fruge ran a 2:14.95 in the 800m and 5:09.11 in the 1600m last week, leading all girls in both distance events and giving her the strongest multi-event distance profile of the week.
Christian Doss (Crofton, 2027):
The fast-twitch junior posted a 14.33 in the 110mH and 38.75 in the 300mH last week, leading all boys in both events and picking up right where he left off last season.
Jaidah Ezcaman (Urbana, 2027):
Ezcaman jumped 18-0.75 in the long jump and cleared 5-1 in the high jump last week, giving her the top mark in both horizontal and vertical field events among all girls.
Richard Poku (Frederick, 2026):
Poku posted a 22-4.5 in the long jump and cleared 6-6 in the high jump last week, leading all boys in the high jump and ranking near the top in the long jump as well.
Kassidy Hopkins (Bullis, 2026):
At the Florida Relays, Hopkins ran a 13.37 in the 100mH the second-fastest girls' hurdles mark of the week and a strong early-season indicator of where her season is headed.
Quincy Wilson (Bullis, 2026):
Wilson's 45.97 in the 400m leads all boys last week by more than a second and a half, posted at the Florida Relays against some of the top competition on the East Coast.
