In the lone Nike Outdoor championship for the state, the DeMatha team of Michael Lemon, Kai Roper, Dante Buckner, and Jeremy Samuels sailed to victory with a time of 3:13.53.

Andrew Jesien had an off day, finishing in 27th place and his slowest time on the year in 4:30.69. It\'s unclear at this point if illness, injury, or otherwise is the culprit. Andrew had an excellent senior campaign including his 4:09.35 (converted) at Penn Relays--#8 in the nation this year.
