7:00 A.M. Team registration begins and Course walk for Large school and Elite races. On your own

Where: Johns Hopkins University Wyman Park
Parking: Detailed parking for spectators will be published on http://www.runningmaryland.com and http://www.md.milesplit.com . Bus drop off and pick up of athletes will also be in the event package.

The Course: All races will start and finish in Wyman Park, west of the Athletic Center and Homewood Field. The course is 5k, all-grass and hilly. Course maps will be posted on the above websites

Timing: All races will be chip timed (disposable chips) by Running Maryland
1st place team trophy 1st place individual trophy
Race Awards 2nd place team trophy 2nd place individual trophy
3rd place team trophy 3rd thru 15th place medals

Race Awards: Top 10 individuals will receive medals.

Scoring: All runners will be awarded points corresponding to their finish in the race. Any team that has less than five competitors complete the race, however, will be disqualified from the team standing. All runners are eligible for individual awards.
Entry Fees: $95 for boys race and $95 for girls race. $170 for both boys and girls teams (includes all races)

Deadlines: All entries and fees must be received by Tuesday, September 3th, 2013. Entries will be done on http://www.runningmaryland.com .

There is a 30 team limit in each race. Late entries may be denied.
Confirmations: All entries can be checked on http://www.runningmaryland.com under School Entry Lists on Home Page
T-shirts and Concessions: There will be shirts for sale and concessions sold at the race site.

Video and Photos: All races will be filmed through a collaboration between Running Maryland and MileSplit-Maryland and will be able to be viewed on both sites. Race updates and live results will also be able to be viewed on both sites as well as on Running Maryland's iphone app.
Final results will be mailed as soon as possible to all participating schools, as well as online at
http://www.runningmaryland.com and http://www.md.milesplit.com.
