8:00 AM Upper School Course walk
9:00 AM Girls Varsity Championship Race (5K) (Grades 9-12)
9:30 AM Boys Varsity Championship Race (5K) (Grades 9-12)
10:05 AM Girls JV Race (5K) (Grades 11-12)
10:45 AM Boys JV Race (5K) (Grades 11-12)
11: 15 AM Coed Frosh/Soph Race (2 miles) (Grades 9-10)
11:40 AM Awards
Awards:
Junior Varsity and Frosh/Soph Plaques for 1st place teams
Ribbons 1-10th Place Finishers,
Championship Plaques for 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place teams
Medals 1-20th Place Finishers
Entry Fee and Entries: For High School teams $75.00 per school (single sex team), $150 for coed team, or $10.00 per participant. Make Checks payable to: Landon School. Mail checks to: Addison S. Hunt, Cross Country Coach The Landon School, 6101 Wilson Lane, Bethesda 20817. Registration must be submitted by October 6th through Athletic.net unless arrangements have been through Coach Hunt (301) 320 8440 (work), Email Addison_hunt@landon.net
Roster and Payment Deadline and Payment: Monday, September 15, 2015. None accepted after this date.
Meet: Varsity teams will consist of seven runners. JV entries will be unlimited numbers.
Rules: We will score the meet using NFHS rules. Please send us an e-mail if you need directions to Landon.
