Two days before the Bull Run Invite, the 3-time defending 4A state champions and 2-time Nike Cross Nationals qualifying squad Severna Park boys were putting in their second workout of the week in an on/off segment tempo run at Kinder Park in Severna Park, Maryland. Starting at 1 minute on and building up to a 6 minute on before comin back down to a 1 minute.
Following their tempo on and off workout, Severna Park boys finished up their September 24th practice with half of a half speed workout for them with a 100m, 120m, 140m, 160m, 180m, and 200m at mile race pace.
