Each meet will start at 2pm and have the following events for boys and girls (*except 1/18 Bayside Championships):

Long Jump
Triple Jump
Pole Vault
High Jump
Shot Put

*The Bayside Championships on 1/18 will be contested with all events except long and triple jump*

Teams will be limited to two Entries per event with 3 Wild Cards

Athlete will only be allowed to compete in 4 events maximum
