DMV PR-Fest On The Track

Event Description:
A post-season meet opportunity at the end of the cross country season for high school athletes to test their level of fitness spiking it up on a fast and flat track surface while at peak fitness. No hills and no mud to slow you down. We are also offering a section each of the rarely contested 5K on the track.

Seeding: All athletes will be seeded by their current 5K season best times despite running the 3200 meter distance to evaluate athletes more on recent performances as well as taking into consideration cross country runners who do not run the 3200 during track season or track at all as well as newcomer freshmen.
Entry Fees:
$15 per runner. All entries must be paid online by the entry deadline of Wednesday, November 13th at midnight.
Sanctioning: Event will be sanctioned by USATF.
Timing & Splits: All races will be fully automatically timed with splits posted for every 400 meters.
Live Streamed: The event will be live streamed on MileSplit.com with race videos post-event.
T-Shirts and concession will be sold on-site.
Awards
Top 3 finishers in each race (with exception of unseeded 3200's) will receive a medal.
Biggest PR improvement by a male and female runner will receive a special award.
High school track club with the fastest average among their top 5 runners combining all of the 3200 meter races will receive a trophy.
