Summit Fall Showcase hosted by Goucher College Track & Field 

Location-  Goucher College - Gopher Stadium - 1021 Dulaney Valley Rd, Baltimore, MD 21204

Entry Fee-  $35.00

Entries-  High School & College Student-Athletes  

Entry Instructions -  Entry Deadline is September 16th at 6:00 PM. (No WALK-UP Registration)

Payment Instructions - Venmo @ Summit-Vault, check payable to Summit Vault, or cash day of meet.  

Arrival Check In -  Please sign in at the Arrival Check In Table in the infield of the track, and turn in or sign COVID & Activity Waiver Forms. Corona Virus - Activity Waiver  

Event Check In - Self Check In System will be run. You will find Flight Assignments @ GoucherTFXC prior to the meet, and you will check in at your event. Athletes are responsible for making sure they report to their event least 15 minutes prior to the start of their event. 

Results-  will be posted on Milesplit. 

Athlete Warm Up Area- Athletes will be permitted to warm up on the track prior to the first event, and will have access to the infield and track throughout the meet, and there will be hurdle warm up stations set up near their pole vault.

Coaches Passes- Athletes coaches must sign in at the Arrival Check In Table to receive a pass for entry into the competition area. 

Athlete Staging- Athletes will be permitted to stage themselves on the jumps facility

Spectator Staging- Spectators are permitted to sit in the grandstand/bleachers, on the hill, or along the outside fence of the track. Tents are permitted on the top row of the bleachers, and anywhere on the hill overlooking the track. Chairs are permitted on the hill, and along the fence (There is no standing along the fence- please be courteous of those in the stands). For Field Events there will be designated areas for spectators in the infield.  

Restrooms- Portable Restrooms will be available at the track. As well as inside the Sports & Recreation Center (masks are required to enter the building)

Parking- Parking is available in the Sports & Recreation Lot and the Dorsey Center located in the front of campus. No vehicles are to travel/park on the walkway leading down to the track.

Inclement Weather- In case of inclement weather you will be asked to return to your vehicles (no access to inside of buildings for inclement weather), and information will be relayed to using the email provided during registration and phone number provided at check in

Athletic Training- An athletic trainer will only be available for an emergency 

Covid Protocols- Masks are not required, but recommend you have on available & ready. We encourage social distancing whenever possible. Please monitor any symptoms prior to arrival

11:30 AM -Boy's Pole Vault*

*approximate starting time, warm up for boy's pole vault will begin immediately after girl's pole vault
