9:30am: Running events, starting with the 4x800m, will begin on a rolling schedule

The Meet will be held at North County High School in Glen Burnie, MD on April 22, 2023 We have a 8-lane track with multiple jumping pits, a throwing pit facility and a great pole vault pit area. If you have any questions fill free to email:

$300.00 per school (both teams) or $150 for a single gender.

Entries
Each school is allowed 30 entries per gender (max 6 per event) not including relays. Schools are allowed one team per gender per relay event. Entries must be completed using the milestat.com entry system.

Field Events
Field events will begin at 9am
3 attempts - no finals - for Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put and Discus - First legal attempt is measured. Thereafter the following minimum standards must be met.
Athletes MUST check in prior to the beginning of the event and check out prior to leaving for their running event.
Girls Shot Put followed by Boys
