2024 HOOD COLLEGE HS XC INVITATIONAL
*Meet is full and we are unable to take any more teams beyond those who have submitted the intent to enter form.
Field Size (PLEASE READ):
In order to best control the size of the meet, we will only issue the entry password to teams who express interest via email. We have accepted 22 teams into the meet this year, and will look to expand the field back to 30+ teams in 2025.
Note:
We are pleased to host our annual HS XC Invitational this
coming fall! Our races will be returning to Utica District
Park and will feature competition from MD and the
surrounding states. We look forward to providing a
competitive and enjoyable racing experience for you and
your teams early in your season.

8:00 AM - Course Opens
9:30 AM - Varsity Girls 5km (Top 7)*
10:15 AM - Varsity Boys 5km (Top 7)*
11:00 AM - Open Girls 5km (Open/Club/JV)
11:45 AM - Open Boys 5km (Open/Club/JV)
12:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
Entry Procedure:
Entries will open Monday, June 3rd. Entries due by September 2 @ 11:59 PM. Entries are to be done on MileSplit.
Entry Cost:
$175 for single gender teams.
$300 for teams entering both genders.
$25 per individual/unattached runners.

Awards:
Top team in each race receives a trophy.
Top 15 individuals in each race receive medals.
Declarations:
We will be limiting the Varsity races to the Top 7 runners
per team, as declared by the coach. All other runners will run in the JV/Open
race. Athletes must meet sanctioning requirements listed
below.
*Sanctioning:
The Varsity races will be sanctioned by the MPSSAA. As
such, varsity races will be limited to athletes in grades 9-12
from High School Teams for this section.
