OAKDALE INVITATIONAL CROSS COUNTRY MEET 2011
You are invited to participate in the 1st Annual Oakdale Invitational Cross Country Meet on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Libertytown Park, site of the Frederick Country Championships.

COURSE: 3.1 miles on grass and trails
DEADLINE: Entry form no later than Friday, September 30. ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO 16 SCHOOLS!
ENTRY FEES: $60 Boys Team 7 Varsity, unlimited JV.
$60 Girls Team 7 Varsity, unlimited JV.
$100 for Girls + Boys teams, unlimited JV.

ENTRY INFO: Each school may enter one boys and one girls varsity team with a maximum of 7 runners each. JV races are open to all other members of your team and unlimited. JV races will not be scored. Coaches are responsible for their JV times. Entries will be done on athletic.net.
AWARDS: Varsity Medals to top 3 finishers. Numbered ribbons to places 4 to 15. Team awards to top teams.
JV Ribbons to the top 5 finishers.

4:00: Girls Varsity
4:30: Boys Varsity
5:00: Boys JV
5:10: Girls JV
6:00: Awards presentation

CONCESSIONS: Beverages and snacks will be sold.
LITTER: Bring trash bags to keep your area clean.
REST ROOMS: Restroom area near parks concession area.
COURSE WALKS: Course walks are held at 3:00 PM
T-SHIRTS: Long-sleeve T-shirts are available for purchase on race day.
ENTRIES: Varsity entries will be done via athletic.net
