It's been an outstanding freshman indoor season for the Reservoir sprinter who currently leads all freshman in the 55 meter dash and hurdles, and ranks second in the 300. He qualified for the state championships in all three events, and has shown that he can hold his own in all of them. Taking down Poly senior William Henderson in the 55 dash or hurdles may be a tall order, but Parson ranks third in the 3A classification in the 300, and one of those ahead of him - Blake's Nathan Phillips - won't be running at the state meet.
