There are a few more returners from last year's top ten in the 300 meter hurdles than there are in the 110 meter hurdles, including last year's 3A state champion, Daniel George. DuVal's Adetomiwa Adebayo seems more suited for the 300 hurdles than the shorter hurdles, and along with Largo's Aaron Hackett the event at this season's PG County Championships could end up being one of the best races of the year.

Others to watch: Blake (Brian Dennis and Elias Boussouf) and Flowers (Brandon Tunson and Taylor Blake) both have cases as having the top hurdle duo in the state along with Oxon Hill; South Hagerstown's Andre Turay showed huge improvements in the 300 this season (finishing second at the 3A state championships) and could wind up at the top of the state leaderboard in the 300 meter hurdles.
