Eleanor Roosevelt's girls domianted the relay events at the New Balance Games this weekend, taking the 4x200 in 1:42.27, 4x400 in 3:44.96 and the 4x800 in 9:01.17. ER's boys also took home a victory in the 4x800 going 7:49.90.
Leslie Morrison of Walt Whitman finished in second place in the Girls 1000m with the second fastest time in the nation this season (according to Dyestat) of 2:52.23.
Matt Centrowitz took second place in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:27.25. Other Maryland athletes who competed include: Elan Hilaire (4th 300m), Ashlyn Sinclair (7th 1000m), and Mead HS Boys (13th 4x800).
