Bowie junior, Maxwell Willis, solidified himself as one of the best returning sprinters in the country at the Great Southwest Classic in New Mexico over the weekend. Willis finished second behind Jamaica star Michael O'Hara in the Elite 200m with a new PR of 20.55. While the time is considered wind aided with a wind reading of 2.6, it goes down as the second best time in the nation regardless of conditions. Willis is only the 13th high school boy to crack the 21 second barrier this season. Even more impressive, his time came after the 100m where he ran 10.40.
